Carmen Claver

Carmen Claver was born in Huesca in 1952 and is Full Professor in Inorganic Chemistry at the University Rovira I Virgili in Tarragona, Spain since 1991. She has co-authored about 200 scientific contributions in the field of enantioselective catalysis. She has also participated in the edition and publication of several books and received several scientific awards, being recognized in 2003 as distinguished researcher by the Catalan Government. Her research interests focus on the development of advanced transition metal catalytic processes including ligand and complex synthesis, detection of reaction intermediates and application in enantioselective processes.
