The group is in charge of teaching the courses of analytical chemistry in the Oenology and Agricultural Engineering degrees.

According to the curriculum of the Agricultural Engineering (specialty in Agrofood Industries), the area of Analytical Chemistry teaches the obligatory subjects Chemistry and Chemical and Analytical Control of Foods, together with optional subjects such as Food Analysis and Quality in the Agrofood Laboratories. We also participate in other subjects as Final Projects and Practicum in Industries.

The Analytical Chemistry area also is in charge of Wine Chemistry and Analytical and Chemical Control of Wine topics, together with the Instrumental Analysis of Wines and Wine Chemometrics. It also participates in the subject Practicum in the Cellar. All of these subjects are part of the undegraduate studies of Oenology.

Futher formation of the students is done in Master Courses related to Food Analytical Methods.
