Benvinguda

L’activitat del grup de Quimiometria, Qualimetria i Nanosensors es centra en dos àrees principals. Per una part, el grup treballa en el desenvolupament i l’aplicació de mètodes multivariants d’anàlisi per a la extracció d’informació de mesures espectrofotomètriques NIR, MIR, UV-Vis i fluorescència, espectrometria de masses, tècniques acoblades (HPLC-DAD, GC-MS, ...) i imatges espectrals provinents de diverses aplicacions, com la indústria petroquímica o la indústria alimentaria. El grup investiga la representació de dades multivariants, la seva classificació i mètodes de calibració que permeten per exemple, l’anàlisi quantitatiu i qualitatiu de sistemes dinàmics (com diversos processos industrials), classificar mostres (bio)químiques, la determinació geogràfica del origen de productes alimentaris (vi i oli d’oliva), i la resolució de problemes mediambientals.
